Your satisfaction is our priority. We make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered

  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at returns@leatherboutique.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RAN we provided. Make sure all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.

Ship It Back

Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Alternatively, contact our customer service team at support@leatherboutique.co.za and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

Note: If the replacement item is a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@leatherboutique.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

After your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
